Perl（Win32）用のGUIビルダ「The GUI Loft」のサイトが行方不明になっていたのだが、ようやく発見。バイナリを入手できた。

インストール手順：
・Loft_binary.zipを展開
・できたTheGUILoftフォルダをc:\aPerlなどに移動
・c:\aPerl\TheGUILoft\PPM\AdHoc\install.bat
・c:\aPerl\TheGUILoft\PPM\Loft\install.bat
・ppm install Win32-API
・C:\aPerl\TheGUILoft\tgl.exe　が本体
